Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how Diffi Technologies Ltd. (“diffi”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data about people who visit hidiffi.com or contact us through it. It covers this website only.

1. Who is responsible

Diffi Technologies Ltd. (דיפי טכנולוגיות בע״מ), a company registered in Israel (company number 517312526) whose registered address is Derech Ramatayim 9, Hod HaSharon, Israel, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question or request about it, email info@hidiffi.com.

2. When you browse the site

This site sets no cookies of its own. If our hosting provider has to check that your browser is genuine, for example when it sees unusual traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that check.

Hosting. Our hosting provider receives technical data about every request, such as your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for and the time. It uses this data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps these records for a limited time.

Counting visits. To learn how many people visit and where they come from, we use Vercel Web Analytics. For each page you view it records the page address, including any link parameters (such as campaign tags), the referring website (the site that sent you), your approximate location, and your browser, operating system and device type. It uses no cookies, and nothing is stored on your device. To count a visit once, it uses a code derived from your request that resets every day, so it cannot recognise you on later days.

Fonts. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. Our site does not tell Google which page you are on.

The accessibility menu. Every page loads accessiBe’s accessibility menu, which lets you adjust the site to your needs, for example the text size or the contrast. It loads from accessiBe’s servers. accessiBe receives your IP address, the page address, the accessibility preferences you choose, and information about the page and how you interact with it, which the menu uses to adapt the page. When you turn on an adjustment, the menu saves your settings in your browser’s local storage so they apply on later visits; you can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The menu sets no cookies. The adjustments you choose can reveal information about your health or a disability. See also our Accessibility Statement.

3. When you send us a form

  • The email box at the top of the home page asks for your work email.
  • The “Book a demo” form, on the home page and on each guide, asks for your full name, work email, phone number and company, which we need to arrange the demo, and optionally how you heard about diffi.

With either form we also record which form you used, when your request arrived, and how you arrived at the site: the website that sent you (without the part of its address after “?”), any campaign (“utm”) tags in the link you followed, and the first page you opened. From these we note the kind of source, such as a search engine or LinkedIn. The site keeps this arrival information only in the open page and sends it only with a form you submit.

Giving us these details is voluntary; no law requires you to. Without them we cannot contact you or arrange a demo. When you send a form, our hosting providers receive your IP address as part of the connection; we do not store it with your details.

4. How we use it

  • To reply to your request, arrange a demo and talk with you about diffi.
  • To understand which websites and campaigns bring visitors and requests, so we can improve the site and our outreach.
  • To count visits, and to keep the site and our systems working and secure.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We send you advertising email only with your consent.
