Diffi Technologies Ltd. wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use hidiffi.com. This statement describes the accessibility of this website.
1. The standard we work to
In Israel, websites follow Israeli Standard (SI) 5568 Part 1 (2023) at level AA. SI 5568 adopts WCAG 2.0 level AA (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), with national changes. This site is designed and tested against WCAG 2.1 level AA, which builds on WCAG 2.0, and against the requirements of SI 5568.
2. How we check the site
We test the site against these requirements on desktop and mobile layouts, with automated checks and by hand: using the site with the keyboard alone, following the visible focus, zooming to 400% and checking that the content reflows on a narrow screen. Our most recent test was on September 28, 2026.
3. How the site is made accessible
- The site is designed to be used with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator. A “Skip to main content” link at the top of each page lets you jump past the navigation.
- The list of product features works as tabs: move between features with the arrow keys, and screen readers announce which feature is selected.
- Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked. If a field is missing or wrong, the form says which one and what to fix, and moves you to it.
- Images that carry information, including the example product screens, have text descriptions.
- When your device is set to reduce motion, the site’s scrolling effects are turned off and content is shown in its final position, and nothing on the page moves on its own.
- You can zoom pages to 400%, and the content reflows to fit the screen.
- Text and background colours are chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
4. The accessibility menu
Every page has an accessibility button that opens an accessibility menu. The menu is third-party content, provided by accessiBe. You can use it to adjust the site to your needs, for example the text size, the contrast and colours, the font and spacing, or to stop animations. The menu is an aid on top of the site’s own accessibility, not a replacement for it. It remembers your choices in your browser; our Privacy Policy explains what it stores and what accessiBe receives.
5. Contact our accessibility coordinator
If any part of this site is hard for you to use, or you need its content in another format, contact our accessibility coordinator: phone +972 54-466-4392, email info@hidiffi.com. Please tell us which page you were on and what happened.
